When an event space decides to add a fully functional commercial kitchen, the behind-the-scenes work is no small task. Gas lines, water supply, drain rough-in - it all has to be planned and executed carefully before a single appliance gets set in place. That's exactly what we were brought in to handle here.

The main focus was rerouting the gas lines to accommodate the new kitchen layout. This isn't a job you can cut corners on. Gas work in a commercial setting has to be done to code, properly pressure tested, and set up in a way that works with the equipment being installed - not just what's convenient from a piping standpoint. We mapped everything out so the lines land exactly where the appliances need them.

We also handled the plumbing rough-in for the kitchen. Supply lines, shutoff valves, and drain connections all roughed in and ready to go behind the cabinetry. Getting this stage right is what makes the finish work clean and the final inspections smooth. Sloppy rough-in creates problems that are expensive to fix later.

What you end up with is a kitchen build that's set up to actually function - not just look good. Multiple wall ovens, a full island setup with ventilation drops above, and all the infrastructure underneath to support it. This kind of commercial installation and conversion work takes coordination, and we handle every piece of the plumbing and gas side from start to finish.

If you're planning a commercial renovation, adding equipment to an existing space, or building something from the ground up, the gas and plumbing work needs to be on your radar early. Getting us involved at the planning stage makes everything downstream easier.
